I started off with with a pkg file that I believe is to run a ps1 game on a ps3. From that I was able to use 'PSN PKG Decryptor & Extractor' to extract a set of folders and files, including 'EBOOT.PBP'. I tried moving the EBOOT.PBP file to my roms/psx folder on RetroPie and, while I can see the file, when I try to open it the screen goes black for a second and then right back to retropie.
