Mac Word never has had the Document Inspector. It's a tool used in the Windows version of Word. It's a tool used in the Windows version of Word. To remove personal info in Mac Word go to Tools> Protect Document or click the Protect Document button on the Review tab of the Ribbon, then check the box at the bottom of the dialog window. Click the Check for Issues box and then Inspect Document. The Document Inspector window appears as follows.
